Grand Rewards Program Guidelines

Grand Rewards members may have only one card per person. Cards are non-transferable. Cardholders must be 13 or over. Points per day limitation per card: 100. Arena Grand Movie Theatre reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time. Membership will be discontinued and points forfeited after one year of NON-USE. Rewards are not valid with any other offer. Rewards for movie tickets may not be redeemed for special engagements. Concession rewards for drinks are for fountain drinks only. Offers are void if rewards on coupons are illegible, altered or mutilated. Arena Grand Movie Theatre is under no obligation to replace lost or destroyed rewards or discount coupons of any kind under any circumstances. The judgment of Arena Grand Movie Theatre management is final. Rewards members do NOT earn points when purchasing gift certificates, stored value cards, corporate Directors or Producers Tickets or corporate student tickets. Rewards become valid when these items are redeemed as tender for specific movies. The Arena Grand Movie Theatre Grand Rewards program is open to anyone except Arena Grand Movie Theatre employees and associates, their immediate family members or children under 13. Membership is FREE and may be acquired by registering at the Arena Grand Movie Theatre. The Grand Rewards cards must be presented when purchasing tickets at the Box Office, Automated Box Office, Concession Stand or Bistro & Bar. If the card swipe malfunctions, if the computer is inaccessible or if the member forgot his/her card, ticket stubs may be presented for credit during the next theatre visit. If a card is lost, the points on that card may be consolidated onto the patron’s replacement card.
