Take Me Home - Columbus Premiere to benefit Autism Speaks

Description of imageWe are excited to announce the upcoming Columbus Premiere of the film "Take Me Home", directed, written, produced by, and also starring Ohio native and Otterbein graduate, Sam Jaegar. This extraordinary independent film has received critical acclaim and rave audience reviews at numerous film festivals across the country. Recently this picture won "Best Music in a Film" at the Nashville Film Festival.

"Take Me Home" is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Thom and Claire. When Claire jumps in Thom's beat-up cab in New York, neither realize that they have just begun a journey together of self-discovery that will have them crossing the United States in an effort to find home. In addition to Sam Jaeger, the film also stars: Amber Jaegar, Victor Garber, and Lin Shaye.

Sam Jaegar will be joining us at the Arena Grand to conduct a Q&A session with the audience during the opening weekend (date/time TBD). Mr. Jaegar is well-known for his current role on NBC's "Parenthood" as well as his roles in numerous films including: Lucky Number Slevin, Catch and Release, Behind Enemy Lines, and Hart's War.

This incredible movie will open at the Arena Grand on Friday October 21, 2011 and will run through Thursday October 27, 2011 with one showing each day. 20% of ticket sales for the run of this film will be donated to Autism Speaks. This is a wonderful opportunity to support a local graduate, see an amazing film, and help a very important cause.
